Why 🤯 Exists

Most people think collaboration software sucks. We want to change your mind.

I first started using Slack in 2015 while working at Adobe, and I was immediately hooked. I could see how powerful it was—how it could transform the way teams worked, streamline communication, and make collaboration faster and more intuitive. But I also saw the challenge.

Getting organizational buy-in and convincing large teams to follow a strategy wasn’t easy. Without structure, Slack could feel chaotic—just another place to check messages. It became clear to me that the key to making collaboration tools work wasn’t just about having the right software. It was about how teams used it. Change management, best practices, and a clear “why” behind how collaboration tools are implemented all made the difference.

When I later joined Salesforce and Slack, I saw firsthand what was possible when these tools were used the right way. It wasn’t just internal teams benefiting—customers were happier, sales teams closed deals more efficiently, and marketing teams executed projects faster. Every part of the business just worked better. And on top of that, the constant innovations being built on Slack blew my mind.

Now, I help other businesses overcome the same challenges I saw over and over again—collaboration tools being used inefficiently, teams struggling with notification overload, and companies missing out on the full potential of their software. I’m passionate about helping teams work better together, communicate more effectively, and create a less stressful, more productive work experience.

If you’re ready to turn your collaboration tools into true superpowers, let’s talk.
